Does this work on any server?
Yes, If you run CSF you should be able to run the automatic unblocking.
How accurate is the unblocking?
As accurate as you want. You can choose the score’s based on your own preference, while google does recommend 0.5, you can set it strict to 0.9 or loose to 0.1 with ease.
